Enkai Party Reservation Terms and Conditions
1. Reservation Confirmation and Cancellation
1.1 This reservation is a reservation request. We will confirm your request and get back to you regarding the availability of the location and seats. If the reservation is confirmed, we will send a confirmation email to your provided email address / phone number.
1.2 Enkai Party reservations are accepted for a minimum of 4 guests.
1.3 For cancellation or changes in the number of guests after the reservation is confirmed, please contact us at least one day before the reservation date. Cancellation fees may apply for changes made after that time.
1.4 Our restaurant close on Tuesday. If you have made a reservation for a Enkai Party on Wednesday and wish to cancel or make changes, please contact us by Monday.
2. Fees and Payment
2.1 Fees related to the reservation (banquet fees, food and beverage costs, service charges, and any additional fees) will be collected in advance as a deposit, using the credit card information provided. Please kindly take note of this.
2.2 If you cancel on the reservation date, the full amount for the number of guests will be charged to your credit card.
2.3 In case of changes in the number of guests on the reservation date, the full amount will be charged based on the originally reserved number.

4. Service Charge
4.1 A 20% service charge will be applied to groups of 6 or more.
